General delivery service (Hong Kong SAR, China only)

SF Smart locker self-pickup service (only available in Hong Kong SAR)

Except for promotions specifically noted on the official online store, general shipping charges are as follows:

When the net purchase amount exceeds HK$300, you can enjoy free shipping.

If the net purchase amount is less than HK$300, a shipping fee of HK$30 will be charged

Delivery range:

Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and outlying islands. Delivery service is not available in designated areas, including but not limited to: Tai Long Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island

Please do not use a PO Box as your shipping address

Each order can only be sent to one address. If you want to deliver the goods to different addresses, please place separate orders according to different addresses.

General delivery time:

Under normal circumstances, standard delivery service will arrive at the delivery address within 3 to 5 working days. Orders placed in remote areas of Hong Kong will take an additional 1 to 2 working days to be delivered.

Delivery time from Monday to Saturday: 9 am to 7 pm

Sundays and public holidays: No delivery service

Order processing and delivery are only done on weekdays (excluding public holidays)

In case of holidays or extreme weather conditions, delivery time may be extended

Once the order is confirmed, the shipping address cannot be changed and we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses on the order.

If the customer is unable to receive the goods due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements.

Delivery to outlying islands may take an additional two days

All orders must be signed for confirmation upon receipt

Smart locker self-pickup service (only available in Hong Kong SAR, China)

Guests can choose the designated smart locker to pick up their items during checkout.

Please double-check that the Hong Kong phone number (+852) you entered can receive Hong Kong text messages (SMS)

After confirmation of successful payment, it generally takes 1-2 working days for the order to be processed and shipped, depending on inventory.

After the goods are shipped, it usually takes 2-3 working days to arrive at the designated smart locker. The recipient's phone number will receive a pickup password SMS sent by SF Express.

Customers can go to the designated smart cabinet and enter the password to pick up the goods

Please pick up the goods within 30 hours after receiving the SMS. For inquiries regarding the arrangements for overdue goods, please call the SF Express customer service hotline +852 2730 0273

Cargo tracking/change of address:

Please contact SF Express yourself (general shipping service)

If you need to change your address after the goods are shipped, please contact SF Express to make other arrangements. Any additional costs incurred must be paid by yourself

If the customer is unable to receive the package due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements. If the shipment fails to be delivered repeatedly, your order may be canceled and the company will not issue a refund.
