Questions about refund
If you wish for a refund with or without reason after payment, our company bears the right to charge 20% of the total payment or a minimum amount of $100HKD as administrative fee and cost for sealed and brand-new orders.
Refund will be given within 14 working days and deposited according to the method compromised with customer. We are not responsible for providing any refund for unsealed and used products.
Questions about false information
All descriptions and photos of the products in our shop are provided by the product manufacturer. The content closely and correctly follows the photo shown on the external package. The product manufacturers will be responsible for any mistakes committed on the product graphics. Our webpage is not responsible for any problems regarding quality, but will reflect truthfully to the manufacturer. Besides the photos on our webpage, you can gain more accurate information about the products by directly contacting the manufacturing. There may be difference between the colour described on our webpage and the actual product. The colour options of the photos on our webpage may also differ due to different screens and monitors. For any discrepancies in colour and information, the actual products shall prevail. Our shop is not responsible for any mistakes and false information committed by the manufacturer, nor are we responsible for any related problems arouse from direct or indirect false advertising.
The shipment of products is provided by SF Express service. If there is any misunderstandings, delays or other problems during the delivery process by SF service, our website is not responsible. The delivery time indicated on our webpage is the expected time of arrival. Our webpage will put effort in coordinating with the delivery process and provide necessary assists so as to assure customers' experience while not conflicting with our interests.
Buyers must be 18 years old or above. If any legal actions are taken against those who are yet to reach 18 years of age, our shop shall not be responsible. Our shop will pursue buyers who are yet to reach 18 years old for causing any loss through legal means.
